Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings; note that disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage most data directly from your Dashboard. To request full account deletion or data export, contact us at [email protected].

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Studyria you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Studyria is an educational content platform. You may access and download PDF study materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce any paid content without explicit written permission from Studyria.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Studyria, including PDFs, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Studyria or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Creator-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the creator.
5. Payments & Purchases
All purchases are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Please review our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability
Studyria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use of Studyria after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
Refund Policy

Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a PDF you've purchased, we'll refund you — no questions asked — within the eligibility window.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your purchase date and you have not downloaded the PDF more than once. Refund requests after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your order ID (found in your Dashboard → Purchases) and a brief reason. We process all valid refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking). Processing time after approval: UPI/Wallets — 1–2 business days; Cards — 5–7 business days; Net Banking — 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for: subscriptions after the first 48 hours of a new billing cycle, PDFs that have been shared with others in violation of our Terms, or accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
